I am passionate about creating engagement, happiness and joy at work with employees and customers. I have worked for several years with HR and cultural transformations, employer branding, identity building, HR, digital marketing & communications and most recently also with employee experience and new ways of working, and it is fascinating to see how these all interlink with each other.
I build concepts and create new ways of thinking and behavior, driving change in multicultural environments, sensitive to deeper understanding of people and their motives and finding linkages in the midst of all this.
I am a supercreative mind, coming up with new ideas is a true inspiration -and I love being challenged!
At the moment I am finishing my second Masters in Service Design. My absolute passion and love lies in the Design thinking methodology. It's a wonderful concept that truly adds value to customer and employee experience.
