HR Design Thinking 

Design Thinking is a design methodology that provides a solution-based approach to solving problems. It’s extremely useful in tackling complex problems that are ill-defined or unknown, by understanding the human needs involved, by re-framing the problem in human-centric ways, by creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions, and by adopting a hands-on approach in prototyping and testing. 

I have totally fallen in love with the approach and use it daily in my work: when tackling complex topics, creating new concepts, renewing old ones, facilitating discussions and co-creating something totally new, out-of-the-box. It is a great tool to use when you feel you are stuck, need a fresh approach, or just want to make sure what you are designing fits perfectly to the needs of your customer.

I have created my own  Design thinking concept - a 4-hour HACK which gives participants a great insight, a tasty appetizer, to Design thinking and the methodology behind it. 

During spring 2018 I facilitated five HR Design thinking HACKs tackling challenges occuring in Talent acquisition, Talent management, Culture, Tools & Apps and Ways of working. Feedback has been encouraging and I will continue with the Hacks in the Autumn of 2018. To register: please see Eventbrite.
